Nestled among the pastoral rolling hills of Moorpark, California, known for its farming and orchards, equestrian life, world-renowned horse shows, hiking trails, peaceful living, and unobstructed views to the Pacific Ocean, sits the ultimate boarding and training facility for horses. It’s a community filled with people, equestrian professionals, and staff, that truly care about the well-being of horses and riders.

Your equestrian experience is nature-rich and enhanced by a state-of-the art, 58-stall, 16,230 square-foot barn facility, which contains 32 indoor/outdoor stalls, and 28 interior stalls, as well as four 2-story tack rooms, a 4-stall grooming station, 2 foaling stalls, a 3-stall farrier station, a 3-stall wash station, and a 6-horse Eurociser. The property also has several sand pastures, numerous pipe corrals, and two (2) large round pens; all with flowing water every few paces.

Bordered by lush landscaping, the 22-acre facility is also a producing fruit orchard with 1,600 Avocado trees, and assorted Pear, Apple, and Peach trees. There's a stadium lit hunter jumper ring (155’ x 285’) and a regulation size dressage court (66’ x 198’), both with fantastic footing. This is where decorated and amateur equestrians come to ride, train, relax, and have fun.
